VISA x HDFC Bank – FIFA World Cup 2026 Promotional Campaign

1. Introduction

This promotional campaign (“Campaign”) is conducted for select customers of VISA and HDFC Bank (“Participants”). By accessing the microsite and redeeming the offer, Participants agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open only to select VISA and HDFC Bank customers who have received a valid promotional code (“Promo Code”). 
  • Each Promo Code is unique, non-transferable, and can be used only once. 
  • Promo Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 
  • The Campaign is valid for a limited period, as communicated by VISA/HDFC Bank. 

3. Offer Details

  • Eligible Participants may redeem FIFA merchandise, including footballs or jerseys, subject to availability. 
  • Upon entering a valid Promo Code, Participants will be directed to a designated product page. 
  • For jerseys, Participants must select from the available styles and sizes displayed on the microsite. 
  • All products under this Campaign are provided free of cost. 

4. Redemption Process

  • Participants must complete the checkout process by providing true, accurate, and complete information, including: 
    • Full Name 
    • Delivery Address 
    • Contact Number (mandatory and must be registered on WhatsApp) 
  • All order-related communication, including confirmations and updates, will be sent via WhatsApp. 
  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete details may result in cancellation or failure of delivery without any liability on the organizers. 

5. Shipping, Delivery & Order Tracking

  • Orders will be processed and shipped through our logistics partner, Delhivery. 
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, operational constraints, and unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Each order will be attempted to be delivered up to three (3) times by the logistics partner. 
  • In the event that the Participant is unavailable to accept delivery after three attempts, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). 
  • All RTO shipments may be re-dispatched at the end of the Campaign period, subject to product availability and at the sole discretion of the organizers. 
  • Participants must ensure that accurate delivery details and an active WhatsApp-enabled contact number are provided. The organizers shall not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. 

Order Tracking

  • Participants who wish to track their order status may do so by visiting the official Campaign microsite:

  • Upon accessing the website, Participants are required to: 
    • Click on the link titled “Track your Merchandise” available at the bottom of the homepage (instead of entering the Promo Code), 
    • Thereafter, they will be redirected to a tracking page. 
  • On the tracking page, Participants must provide the following details for verification purposes: 
    • Registered Email ID 
    • Order Number 
    • Captcha (as displayed) 
  • Upon successful verification, the shipment tracking link will be made available to the Participant. 
  • The organizers shall not be responsible for inability to track orders due to incorrect details entered by the Participant or technical issues beyond reasonable control. 

6. Exchange & Returns Policy

  • No exchanges or returns will be permitted for size-related issues. 
  • Participants are advised to carefully review the size chart before placing an order. 
  • Exchanges/replacements will only be allowed in the following cases: 
    • Incorrect product delivered 
    • Product received in damaged condition 
  • Any such request must be raised within the timeline specified on the microsite, along with supporting evidence. 

7. Limitations

  • The offer is subject to product availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. 
  • Only one redemption is permitted per valid Promo Code. 
  • Promo Codes that are invalid, expired, or already redeemed shall not be entertained. 

8. Liability & Disclaimer

  • VISA, HDFC Bank, and associated partners shall not be liable for: 
    • Invalid or improperly entered Promo Codes 
    • Delays or failures caused by logistics providers or external factors 
    • Losses arising from incorrect information submitted by Participants 
  • All decisions made by the organizers regarding eligibility, redemption, and fulfillment shall be final and binding. 

9. Modification & Termination

The organizers reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, at their sole discretion.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
